Irish Buck
1 Measure of The Boston Bakers Irish whiskey
1 Part Ginger Ale
1 lime wedge
METHOD
Pour the whiskey into a highball glass filled with ice.
Pour the whiskey into a highball glass
Fill with ginger ale.
Fill glass with ginger ale
Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink and drop it in.
Squeeze a lime
Stir.
IRISH ESPRESSO MARTINI
1 Measure of The Boston Bakers Irish Whiskey
1 Measure of Coffee Liqueur
1 Part Espresso Coffee (Cold)
METHOD
Fill your shaker with ice.
Add 1 measure of coffee liqueur, 1 measure The Boston Bakers Irish Whiskey and 1 part espresso.
Shake together for 15 - 20 seconds, until it's foamy.
Double strain into a cocktail glass (to get rid of the ice chips), not forgetting the velvety foam.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans
BOSTON Old Fashioned
2 Measures of The Boston Bakers Irish Whiskey
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon water
Orange peel
METHOD
Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add The Boston Baker Irish Whiskey, and gently stir to combine.
Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
